What is MATES OF NATURE?
MATES OF NATURE is a young fashion label from Cologne. Our goal is to create fashion and accessories with alternative, environmentally and animal-friendly materials (e.g. cork). We stand for nature, environment, design, fashion, creativity, quality and for friendship. Everything that excites us in life. Because it is particularly important for us to work according to our values, we have summarized them here .
We are self-financed and our company is growing naturally. We manufacture our products in small quantities. For this reason , we initially offer our designs in limited editions. Your advantage here: MATES OF NATURE cork bags are not a mass product!
Who is behind MATES OF NATURE?
The two founders are Nina and Rhea. With a lot of passion and lifeblood, we have dedicated ourselves to building our startup. Nina is mainly responsible for the designs and production, while Rhea is responsible for marketing and sales. We explain our story and how MATES OF NATURE was founded in more detail here .
We produce our bags and wallets in the EU according to the highest quality guidelines in cooperation with a small traditional company in Portugal, the land of cork. You can find more information about our main raw material cork and the advantages of the material here .
